Cabinda, le 01.07.09 COMMUNIQUE DE PRESSE N° 0038/ SIP/FLEC-09 Le Front de libération de l'Etat du Cabinda (FLEC) alerte la Communauté internationale que la guerre d'occupation angolaise et de l'invasion du Cabinda par l'Angola continue ce, malgré la propagande mensongère du Gouvernement de Luanda tendant à camoufler ce génocide du Pétrole de sang datant depuis Novembre 1975. 3000 soldats angolais aguerris aux méthodes guerrières et dotés de l'armada la plus moderne du Continent et appuyés d'un millier d'hommes les troupes mixtes des deux Congo font des patrouilles quotidiennes en ce moment tout le long des frontières du Cabinda, dans le but de " débusquer " les éléments des Forces Armées Cabindaises Unifiées (FACU), branche armées du Front de Libération de L'Etat du Cabinda (FLEC). 24/24 les habitants des villages de Buco Yola, Bemba, Ganda Mbinda aperçoivent les aller et retour des hommes en treillis s'exprimant en portugais (ce qui laisse facilement deviner leurs origines angolaises) et d'autres soldats s'exprimant en langue française (Congo Brazzaville) et certains autres s'exprimant en Lingala (qui suppose des FARDC originaires du Congo Kinshasa). Ces nombreux hommes armés jusqu'aux dents ont tous une obsession : la recherche des informations où trouver les membres de la guérilla indépendantiste du FLEC pour les anéantir complètement. Les environs de Tshiela en plein territoire de la RD Congo sont aussi la cible des soldats angolais qui fouillent dans les dispensaires et cliniques médicales pour déceler la présence des militaires Cabindais blessés ou autres qui suivraient des soins dans ces établissements. A Miconje dans le territoire du Cabinda, fief tenu (autrefois) par le FLEC les troupes angolaises sillonnent toute la matinée en position d'attaque pour tuer tous ceux qui seraient suspects à leurs yeux. Le peuple Cabindais à travers son mouvement de libération nationale du territoire du Cabinda le FLEC dénonce : 1- Les manœuvres sordides de l'armée angolaise et le refus catégorique du gouvernement communiste angolais du MPLA de vouloir négocier pacifiquement l'avenir du territoire du Cabinda avec les principaux responsables cabindais. 2- L'Angola a déjà créé des équipes conjointes avec les deux Congo qui sont entrain de faire le travail d'arrestation et d'assassinat des Cabindais vivant le long des frontières entre le Cabinda et les Congo et le tout sous la houlette de leurs alliés cabindais corrompus. 3- Le FLEC demande à la Communauté internationale afin qu'elle prenne ses responsabilités pour une meilleure implication sur le Drame du CABINDA issu de l'invasion angolaise qui dure depuis 34 ans et que le peuple Cabindais vit un génocide caché au monde entier, que Le MPLA, est entrain de mener constamment des actions macabres dans le but que les 50.000 soldats angolais stationnés au Cabinda tuent tous les cabindais qui sont considérés comme des collaborateurs du FLEC. Pour la direction du FLEC Rodrigues MINGAS (Secrétaire d'Etat à l'Information) ______________________________________________________________________________ Version Portugaise Juliette Andrade Txiculu Cabinda, 01.07.09 COMUNICADO DE IMPRENSA N° 0038/SIP/FLEC-09 A Frente de Liberação do Estado de Cabinda (FLEC) alerta a Comunidade internacional que a guerra de ocupação angolana e a invasão de Cabinda pela Angola continua sempre, apesar da propaganda enganosa do Governo de Luanda que estica a camuflar este genocídio do Petróleo de sangue que data desde o Novembro 1975. 3000 soldados angolanos bem preparados aos métodos guerreiros e dotados com armas mais modernas do Continente e apoiados de um milhar de homens dos exercitos mistos dos dois Congos fazem patrulhas diárias neste momento ao longo das fronteiras de Cabinda, no objectivo "de desalojar" os elementos das Forças Armadas Cabindesas Unificadas (FACU), braço armado da Frente de Liberação do Estado de Cabinda (FLEC). 24/24 os habitantes das aldeias de Buco Yola, Bemba, Ganda Mbinda apercebem a ida e volta dos homens fardados com armas que exprime-se em português (que deixa facilmente adivinhar a sua origem angolana) e de outros soldados que exprimem-se em língua francesa (Congo Brazzaville) e alguns outros que exprime-se em Lingala (que supõe FARDC originários do Congo Kinshasa). Estes numerosos homens armados até aos dentes têm todos uma obsessão: a investigação de informações onde encontrar os membros da guerrilha indépendêntista da FLEC para destruir-os completamente. Os arredores de Tshiela no território da RDCongo são também o alvo dos soldados angolanos que escavam nos dispensários e clínicas médicas para detetar a presença dos militares naturais de Cabinda feridos ou outros que seguiriam cuidados nestes estabelecimentos dos Congos Vizinhos. No Miconje no território de Cabinda, feudo tido (anteriormente) pela FLEC as tropas angolanas percorrem toda a manhã de madrugada em posição de ataque para matar todos os que seriam suspeitos aos seus olhos. O povo de Cabinda através do seu movimento de Liberação Nacional do território de Cabinda a FLEC denuncia: 1- As operações sórdidas do exército angolano e a recusa categórica do governo comunista angolano do MPLA de recusar negociar pacificamente o futuro do território de Cabinda com os principais responsáveis cabindas. 2- Angola já tem criado equipas conjuntas com os dois Congos que são a fazer o trabalho de detençáo e de assassinato dos Cabindas que vivem ao longo das fronteiras entre o Territorio de Cabinda e os dois Congos e o todo sob o trapaceiro dos seus aliados cabindeses corrompidos. 3- A FLEC pede à Comunidade internacional para que tome as suas responsabilidades para uma melhor implicação sobre o Drama do povo de CABINDA, resultando da invasão angolana que dura desde 34 anos e que o povo de Cabinda vive um genocídio escondido ao mundo inteiro, que o MPLA, continua a efetuar constantemente ações macabras no objectivo que os 50.000 soldados angolanos estacionados em Cabinda matam todos aqueles cabindas ou não que são considerados como colaboradores da FLEC.
